Terms of Use
Last updated: October 4, 2026
Matamim is run by Alon Kopilov, an independent developer in Israel ("we"). By using the app you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
Your account
- Use a real email address you can access. It's needed to sign up, reset your password and change your email.
- Keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what's done with your account.
Your recipes
- Your recipes and photos stay yours. You let us store them and show them to you and to your team, only to run the app.
- Recipes you import from other websites are for your personal use. Respect the rights of their authors.
Teams
- The recipes of every Premium member in a team, including the host, are shared with the whole team automatically. This covers all the recipes they sync to the cloud. Members without Premium can see the team's recipes, but their own recipes stay on their device.
- Only join a team, or invite people to yours, if you're happy for them to see your recipes.
- The host can remove members. If the host leaves or deletes their account, the team passes to its oldest Premium member, or is deleted if there's none.
Premium subscription
- Premium is an auto-renewing subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. The price and period are shown before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your store account. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app or your account doesn't cancel it.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- On a new device, use Restore purchases to get your subscription back.
Acceptable use
Don't use the app to store or share illegal content, to harass others, to break or overload the service, or to access other users' data.
Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is". We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes and law
We may update these terms. We'll update this page and its date, and announce significant changes in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv have jurisdiction.
